We are very pleased to invite you to participate in the 4th DEFF Online the 25th of September 2012 here in Copenhagen with a presentation of your product as well as taking part in the exhibition.

THE SEMINAR
DEFF Online is a one day seminar aimed at members of the DEFF Consortium and invited publishers and producers of databases, e-books, e-reference works and online journals.
There will be a number of presentation slots and all presenters are offered a stand in the exhibition that is arranged in connection to the seminar. The seminar is arranged by Denmark's Electronic Research Library. The event will be announced to members of the DEFF Consortium and the number of participants will be approximately 100 persons.

PRESENTATIONS & EXHIBITION
It will be possible for you to give one or more presentations of 10-15 minutes in one of the presentation rooms and have a stand in the exhibition area, wireless access points are provided.
We ask you to make a live presentation about one or more of the subjects listed below. If you would like to give a presentation on a different subject please let us know.

Please highlight the special features of your product instead of price and number of titles.
We do expect you to be present the whole day (9 am -4 pm).

PARTICIPATION
If you are interested in participating the sponsor fee is 500 EUR.
The sponsor fee gives you the following:

• 10-15 minutes presentations per subject
• A stand in the exhibition area
• Wireless internet connection
• Coffee, tea, fruit and lunch for two persons
• Your company name and logo on all the DEFF Online materials (we can not promise that your photos meet your requirements for size at the invitation or program)
• If your company will be represented by more than 2 persons the price for additional staff will be 200 EURO.
